    This is now really getting to me. How come you have such good reviews through amazon and not your own website. Who would do this to their company?????? I would like some response to bec.jim.zac@hotmail.co.uk This matter is going to go further if not attended to in the next 24hrs. I have a running business too you are costing me money not having my hot stones and not delivering them. Is it i live in Aussie so ?????   • Rip Off



    I purchased some hot stones through the runrocks web site back in Sept 2012. After many emails only one response which was i will look into it. Well after reading reviews this seems to be a common thing. This web site should not be up & running if there has been so many ripped off.     I placed an order for about $70 for a set of hot stones in October 2011. Once they took my money, that was the last I have heard of them... They never sent the stones, never sent a refund or answered my emails. I think they run an organized scam business, as online many people posted about similar experience. I tried to report them to the Better Business (BBB), Paypal, etc., but they never sent a reply to them either. Thanks. More...

    I placed an order thru Rubrocks website on May 3, 2012 and I have not received my order yet. I order items from the company a week prior using Amazon and received that order promptly.   • Horrible service



    I ordered a hot stone set from them and was charged on Sept. 24th. I first left a message and an email and no one responded. I left another email saying that I wanted my money back if nobody responded and within hours I got a response saying that they were having "severe issues" on their end and that he would look into the issue and get back with me. I ended up calling after 5 days of no communication (on a Monday)and insisted that my money be refunded if I didn't receive a phone call that day.     I found this company on the Internet doing a Google Search. I placed an order for a Stone heater. The page indicated that it wasn't out of stock. After I placed the order I received a confirmation. It said shipping would be 3-5 days. After about 3 days I had not hear anything from the company. I placed an order on 9/16. It was to be mailed priority package (3-5 day delivery). It is now 9/26 and I have not yet received my package. I have emailed this company and have left messages (it appears that no one ever personally answers the phone) without response. Where is my package? I either want my stones or a full refund. This is unacceptable!
