I placed an order on 9/16. It was to be mailed priority package (3-5 day delivery). It is now 9/26 and I have not yet received my package. I have emailed this company and have left messages (it appears that no one ever personally answers the phone) without response. Where is my package? I either want my stones or a full refund. This is unacceptable!
